Global Sales

Madison is a HR Representative for the GSP Sales org and a member of the Global Sales team. Global Sales represents the WW Sales Organization in the design and implementation of new programs and processes that impact the Sales function. During her first two years at Cisco, Madison completed the HRup program - a rotational experience where recent graduates engage in multiple HR disciplines and help drive the implementation of key programs in each of those areas.

For the past year, Madison held a leadership position co-leading a board of 13 employees for the Early Career Network (ECN), ECN strives to empower and to harness the motivation of those who are early in their career through professional development and a strong network. Madison continues her passion for creating community as the Cisco RTP HR Community Lead.

Madison received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State University with minors in HR & Marketing.
